Hi,
Located in Israel, we are provided with "quality" North Africa desert dust that creates layers of RIDS under the swirls.
So, I'm looking for the best cutting pad that LC has to offer.
So far, i used Meg's MF pads with M105 with good success, but, a lot of times had to go to a rotary with...
We had to go over each section 2~3 times
After the first pass, all the swirls were gone
After the second time most for the rids were gone
only at the third time we managed to clear over 90% of the RIDS

Hi Mike,
these days i'm using DAS6 PRO(850W) (a DA that is very similar to G220/GG6) and what to buy a stronger DA.
Before i do so, i would like to know what you think about the BO6040 VS. Flex3401
Anyone else has expiriance with both machines?
As i don't have a device to measure to thickness of the coating i would leave it at that.
It's a daily driver, so no need for more,
The owner is already very happy with the resualt
And after so many passes, it's better to leave a thicker coating with a few rids than think coating.
i'm not a pro detailer and do it just as an hobby,
I did more than a few card but never a Mercedes with their Ceramic coat.
this car was washed in the "swirl machines" - automatic car washes... and was in a very poor condition.
I tested - Meg's D300 with MF pad, it just took out the swirls...

Hi Mike & Everyone,
Couple of questions about Blacklight:
1. Does it have any (even light) cutting ability?
2. What would be the best product from the below list to top off Blacklight:
- Opti-seal
- Menzerna power lock
- HD Poxy
Hi,
A friends car got a nice splash of cement
he took it to a car wash.. but as you can imagine there are a lot of spots.
Question: what is you best recommended method of removing cement stains?
I have:
- ONR
- Some kind of European APC (Which it great for all around cleaning, use it 1:10)
-...
Lake country pads are great and cover all my detailing needs
i like the durability and result that they provide.
I Mostly use the CCS series and also the foamed wool pad which is great for fast cutting on my rotary.
Yellow - for heavy cutting/correction
Orange - for softer paint/light...
i like PG on a rotary, not so much on a DA, unless it's a flex.
i also found it to dry out faster than others, but as others said, it does cut very well.
don't use it on soft paints, keep it for really hard ones.
