Hi Mike, these days i'm using DAS6 PRO(850W) (a DA that is very similar to G220/GG6) and what to buy a stronger DA. Before i do so, i would like to know what you think about the BO6040 VS. Flex3401 Anyone else has expiriance with both machines?

As i don't have a device to measure to thickness of the coating i would leave it at that. It's a daily driver, so no need for more, The owner is already very happy with the resualt And after so many passes, it's better to leave a thicker coating with a few rids than think coating.

D151 on MF pad is a nice way to go over a car fast. as to which has more cut? if i have some time maybe next week i can try and answer as i have both.

Lake country pads are great and cover all my detailing needs i like the durability and result that they provide. I Mostly use the CCS series and also the foamed wool pad which is great for fast cutting on my rotary. Yellow - for heavy cutting/correction Orange - for softer paint/light...

i like PG on a rotary, not so much on a DA, unless it's a flex. i also found it to dry out faster than others, but as others said, it does cut very well. don't use it on soft paints, keep it for really hard ones.
