Are the Meguiars products that come in purple bottles at the big box stores formulated to be applied by hand?

Hi Mike. On an episode of Competiton Ready I believe you said something about using water to remove pollen could lead to rust in areas where the pollen isn't fully rinsed away and settles. Did I hear you correctly? If so, how should I be removing pollen from my car's paint. Thanks in advance.

I have two cars that are outside 24/7. No matter what I do the car will be covered with dew and who knows what else the next morning. Am I wasting my time? Would I better off going to the $5 touchless , letting the drive home dry it off, dress the tires, clean the windows and call it a day?
