    I just wanted to know, is a cutting wool pad with using compound suppose to take away all swirls/swirl marks before starting to use a polishing pad. Because I notice when my dad buffs with using a regular Rotary Buffer with a wool cutting pad, he's able to take all the swirls off before going on...
