I have had good luck cleaning the plastic parts and using Meguiars ultimate trim restorer, it seems to do a great job of bringing plastic color back on wiper cowls and body trim parts, as well as elimination of wax staining. It is fairly shiny however, I am not sure if that is appropriate for you.

This is true for sure, it is so easy to work with I can't complain anytime I need to reapply it.

To be fair the car I am most familiar with it on is outside a lot, sits in Florida sun and heavy rains as well, so it could very well last a lot longer elsewhere.

I have used #26 paste and liquid and in both cases I like the look but I don't get the best life out of them. Seems like only a few weeks before it seems like I need to reapply.

That is true for sure! I thought I was overdoing it and it still left a ton of streaks, had to use some KAIO to clean it up. Sonax seems ok, but I haven't had much better luck with that when compared to p21s gel.

On my polished and uncoated aluminum wheels I only use the p21s polishing soap for heavy cleaning. For finishing polishing I use the auto wenol, finishes so much better for me! I use the polishing soap everywhere! Fixtures around the house even! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I717 using AG Online

I have 19x10 and 19x11's on one of my cars that are not coated. They are made by CCW, and are polished top to bottom and inside out, so I can agree with your nightmare statement! Haha Ill have to check that stuff out!
