Thanks! I just figured if I'm going to have them paint something for the powder coating shop to color match it might as well be something legit. Plus since its a pearl color it might help match the slight color changing more. I'll check it out thanks!

I bought the Griots Garage 3 Inch Orbital Polisher Kit, and it came with lake country 3 inch hydro-tech pads and I love em! I'd recommend those.

Oh, and one more thing... I talked to my friend and he said he had waxed the wheels a while back with Meguiar's NXT. So after I had used the polish on the wheels to remove the white markings, I took a q-tip and made a "test mark" with the same wheel cleaner I was using before and.... NOTHING...

So I ended up trying m205 with an GG 3 inch pad and orbital buffer, still a little left so then I tried m105 and it took the white stuff right off! Thanks guys for input... and thanks quiksilver_ben3 for the polish suggestion!

Nope not even a little warm. It was just rolled out of the garage. Yes, it was this one. Mothers Foaming Wheel & Tire Cleaner Hmm... Interesting, I might try that tomorrow, thanks for the suggestion.

Ok so this is one of the strangest things I think I've seen... So I am currently detailing my friends s2000 and I started cleaning his wheels with Mother's foaming wheel and tire cleaner like I normally do to my roommate's car (who also owns an s2000). Anyways, so I spray on the wheel cleaner...

Did you by any chance wash your MF towels beforehand? I had that problem before, and it turned out to be because they were unwashed new towels. Not all of them do it though. Another thing you can try is spray the panel with detail spray. Some details sprays have a "anti static" property to them...
