It worked! I attached a before and after picture (the second picture looks like the area is smudged; however, it's just the way the clouds are reflecting). I applied Meguiars Ultimate Compound about 5-6 times and put a coat of wax over. Thank you for your help, Mike!

Turned out very nice. The paint/ clear coat was in good condition before so it was difficult to tell the difference; however, you can tell a bit. Doing it by machine I would probably see better results but I'm satisfied with what i did. Took about 10 hours to do the 3-step, wash, and clay.

If it gets on my trim, how do I remove it?

Thank you for your reply. The reason I was looking at that particular polish was because it was on sale $60 (a Porter Cable is about $100 more dollars here in Canada). I am basically trying to speed up the process of applying wax and buffing. Will this Simoniz do the trick or would I be better...

Forgot one more question: 3. I've noticed Mike using foam applicator pads when applying wax by hand...any big difference in using foam vs microfiber?
