Which electric pressure washer? There should be a sticky

The black max motor runs only when the trigger is pulled. This will be my third season using mine and I love it.

    2 Basic Maintenance Wash Questions

I honestly believe that one of the MOST important steps you can take in preventing scratches is pre-rinsing with a power washer. I know that's not what you probably want to hear, but rinsing with the water out of the hose just doesn't do it. Especially with just a coat of sealant on your car...

Easiest wash process...can you wash without having to scrub?

Try using a coating on your car. I never scrub my cars, not would I ever. I've never had the need to with them being coated. Makes cleaning effortless, and last much longer.

How to remove glass coating to add another?

G4 will remove it. Follow it with a wet towel to remove the residue, and then I spray the glass down with IPA to remove anything that may remain. Then you're good to coat.

My new to me 2013 Buick Verano Turbo 6spd manual

Just over 20 years ago was the last time a Buick was offered with a stick. They started offering them in the regals a few years ago which is awesome. The regals and veranos are both offered with 6 speeds.

    Modesta Glass Coatings

I was looking around for modesta after seeing Paul dalton using them, seeing as how their flagship coating has a 9 hardness rating and is temp resistant up to a crazy temp. Not to mention they use a sharpie on the paint and it wipes right off effortlessly... I couldn't find much. I did come...

    Griot's Garage 3 Inch???

There are some cars that have intricit curves and bumpers that the bulkiness of a full size machine with a small backing plate just won't allow you to get. I love mine. Relatively cheap and works wonders on all those tight areas. On speed 6 it does what it needs to do. I recommend it.

    Which Wash mitt?

Carpro is the only way to go. No swirls or scratches since I started using it. Releases dirty better than anything I've ever used.

Exhaust Cleaned & Polished with Wheel Woolies?

Those tips look amazing. I'm curious to see how the opticoat holds up. I've used 22ple rim and metal glass coat on exhaust tips, which is supposed to be specifically designed to take the temps of wheels and exhaust tips, but I saw no change. Easier to just use p21s polishing soap every wash then...

    Z06 427 pictures

Such a nice car. Luckily have had the pleasure of driving a stock one. One of my faves of all time. Not a fan of the "427" badges on the hood, as that's not Stock for that car, but beautiful nonetheless. Awesome detail. Living near gm's tech center in michigan, and being a Woodward dream cruise...

Washing and Drying induced swirl marks

I have a black max 1700 psi from Sams club. It's electric, $139 out the door, does everything I need it to do.

Washing and Drying induced swirl marks

A foam gun will help, however, I believe that the single most important step is a power washer. I know it sucks hearing that, I felt the same way until I decided to bite the bullet on a cheap electric one in search of paint perfection. Foaming and pressure washing before your wash blows off...

car shampoo that leaves nothing behind?

I'd go with gtechniq g wash. It's my go to maintenance wash soap. It's pricey, but amazing. Incredible suds, amazing lubricity, leaves nothing behind.

    Glass towels

I use waffle weave glass towels to dry my inside glass and they work great. There are other sites that do sell them cheaper than ag though. As for the carpro towel, I've never used it because all I've ever used is plain old water, a rag, and a waffle weave towel to do my windows. I see no...

    Polishing Plastic "Chrome"

I'm curious about this as well, seems there isn't a definitive product for "chrome clad" trim. I've used fine polishes on grill surrounds with success, and other small stuff like that, but the one "chrome" surface I haven't been able to touch are wheels. Many gm cars, and other brands I'm...

    M101 and rids

I know m101 is an amazing compound from the reviews I've seen and read, but how would this compound be when used just for rids? My current go to compound is fg400 and I love how it performs. It works fast and finishes down wonderfully. However, lately I've come across some rids that I used...
