Lake Country as updated their Blue Sponge. It's probably just as good as anything out there. My big gold sponge is still holding up fine.

If i could get one of those Hercules machines in Canada, i probably would. Never tried force before. Barjack plans to make one too but i doubt it will be as cheap as HF. They are making one that spins clockwise.

I would just keep using the Scholl stuff. 3D One and S20 are both 1 step light cutting polishes. Very similar performance i'd imagine. I have use One a nice bit. Its oily if you use to much.

I would use the LC orange too. The soft finishing pads are best suited for 2 step polishing. Using the black sdo pad will be a waste of time imo. I have about 12 foam pads and 8 or so are medium orange and yellow foam pads :) Lots of people 1 step with the BLUE SDO/HDO too for harder and more...

Its decent. I'm going to try it again i think in 4 weeks, when i get home. Its a thin pink like liquid and i found it a bit more work to clean out the pads. But no big deal. You can leave it on the panel for a longtime before wiping too if you want to speed polish and do whole panels at a time...

You bought Rupes DA fine pads for a Porter Cable? Too big man IMO - they are designed for large throw machines with more power. Just stick with the CCS pads. Or if you want to try something different the Lake Country SDO flat or CCS pads.

Me too. I have 4 yellow edgeguard pads now from buff and shine. Very nice pads. I think its the same foam as Rupes yellow but the pads skip less with poor technique. More give. Rupes pads are rigid. They both source the base foam material from the same place(not all pads). In Germany somewhere...

I thought the turquoise Rupes pad would be closer to the Lake Country Blue SDO/HDO. I don't fine much different in rupes yellow foam and LC orange SDO/HDO.
