Meg's D120 Finally Running Out....What To Choose For My Next Glass Cleaner?

For inside of windshield, lots of YouTube videos recommend use of a Mr Clean magic eraser. I’ve tried it and it works for me. No haze when done.

    Those who experience snow.

I put on a good sealant in late fall. In winter, here’s my process: Touchless car wash. Go home and do a quick rinse less wash (touchless washes use surprisingly dirty water). Put on a topper such as Reload or a spray wax. I should add I can heat my garage on demand so gives me a leg up, but car...

    Interior protectant-Suggestions Appreciated

Maybe my choice of words wasn't the best when I used the word "slick." Ultima does indeed add a slickness to the seats, but in my opinion it is more of a velvety smooth sensation. After application, I feel that I slide into the cockpit easier--it's a desirable feeling. I agree that the seats...

    Interior protectant-Suggestions Appreciated

I have a question, as I too am running low on Ultima Interior Guard. One thing I enjoy about the Ultima is the slickness/slipperiness of my leather seats after applying. Does Mckees Interior Protectant or Blackfire Interior give the same sensation?

McKees 360 turned plastic bumper white

Hi guys, A friend of mine polished out his Audi A6 this weekend with McKees 360. Car looks great except for the plastic rear bumper. The 360 turned it white. He said he read the directions after the fact and saw that it should only be used on smooth plastic, whereas his plastic is very lightly...

Which Last Step Finish for a "Non-Detailer"?

Thanks for the suggestion. I like your idea but want to avoid a two step finish process. The process needs to be as simple as: 1. Take the car through the spray wash. 2. Give it a little better cleaning using something like Ultima Waterless Wash Plus or Optimum No Rinse. 3. Use the spray on...

Which Last Step Finish for a "Non-Detailer"?

Hi guys, It's been a while since I posted here. My recent college graduate son, who lives 5-hours away from me, just purchased his first nice vehicle, a new Hyundai Tucson with cobalt blue paint. I assisted him at the car dealer and the paint is in great shape and is very sharp. My son is not...

    Rinseless Washes

If you use ECH2o I would stick with something in the car pro line for your "wax" step such as Reload. Personally I think UWW+ would work great for you and work on the snowmobile too. I guess the question is "what product are you going to hand wax with?" You'll want a Waterless wash product that...

    UPGP Final process

I use UPGP all the time. If applied properly and not streaky, your shine should be terrific after 3 coats. If you do want to try to improve it I would suggest Ultima Waterless Wash Plus or the new Ultima Acrylic mixed as a detail spray. This really brings back the shine after a wash and extends...

    Ultima Acrylic waterless wash

I just opened my last bottle of UWW+ or I'd be all over that Acrylic right now. I'm intending to use it as a topper/spray wax after routine washes. UWW+ does a pretty good job of bringing back the gloss but I hear the Acrylic is on a whole new level.

    Ceramic Coating question

If you already have the 205, I'd use that and start with clean paint for the coating.

Ever thrown out or given away most of your stuff and start again?

I have an eBay auction going right now for a couple of items. Already has some bids. Might have to do this more often to pare down the detailing cart so I can actually find the stuff I use frequently.
