The brand is called 5 Stars. It's not something I've heard of and I think if you do, stay away. By the time I finished spraying the wheel and washed it off, the damage was done. Again thanks for the help. Now I have an excuse to get new wheels :)

Thanks for your replies. I have tried to wash it off and I think the clear coat has been removed in patches. I will have to notch this as a costly learning curve and do better next time. Thanks again.

It is an obscure brand that is not known. I only used it because it was a gift from the wife. All my other products are ones which have been positively review here. I hope it doesn't turn out to be a costly mistake :(
