Well, the kit arrived today and so far it's working great. I haven't even touched the Spot Remover. The glass cleaner alone took out most of the residue that was on the inside of the glass. This cleaner is amazing. No streaking at all. It "flashes" so quickly and leaves hardly anything...

I ordered the Pinnacle Crystal Clear Glass Kit. Hopefully this will solve my glass issue. Can anyone confirm if the Glasswork Water Spot Remover is safe to use on the the rear glass defroster lines?

You mean the hand print was a manufacturing defect inside the glass?

Thanks for that link cartman. If I don't have luck with the vinegar, I'll try Mike's method by hand. Need to order a bottle first. I'll pass by the store and get some distilled water for the vinegar test.

Can I use plain tap water or should it be distilled water?
