I'll give it a shot going from the 3000 to 4500 and see. I tried the 4000 then 4500 and that just didn't do it. It's my car and I'm taking my time. Cutting out one step would certainly help.

This is my test spot: Menzerna Intensive/2000, Lake Flat White Pad Menzerna Final Finish/3000, Lake Flat Black Pad Menzerna Super Finish/4500, Lake Flat Blue Pad Tried the final finish alone and it wasn't enough. Appreciate any advice/criticism. I thought it looks pretty good. Obviously, the...

Typically, I bought the PC Menzerna kit and some Menz 4500; I also got the Wolfgang Duo. I can always use the excess for other projects. Any strong preferences for the Menz or the Wolfgang? From what I gather I probably should use the 4500 for my final polishing step regardless of what I use for...

Still remember the episode of Mythbusters where they left a dead pig in a hot sealed car for a couple of weeks. They were still able to sell the car...but, the stink never went away. MythBusters: Stinky Car MiniMyth : Video : Discovery Channel

Driving behind someone, what frustrates you?

Very simple. People who sit in the left lane. The left lane is the passing lane.

Even using the polishes on the plastic painted front and rear bumpers? Sorry, I just haven't used polishes on these surfaces before. I understand that vinyl/plastic trim (like bumper guards) or window moldings are treated differently. Thanks

I didn't expect the pics to look that grim. Some of that may be due to light and angles because, to the naked eye, it doesn't look that awful. That said, I'm going to start with Menz 4500 or 4000. Problem is that the 4500 is out of stock. Any suggestions for an alternate to the 4500? I plan on...

Wow, this is really embarassing. Pics look awful, much worse than real life. Must be the flash. I just washed the car. I would appreciate any suggestions/thoughts (except entering it in the county fair demo derby!).

Will do. Had plenty of chances to trade for a water cooled but couldn't do it. Got the seats/interior redone by the same guy who did Jerry Seinfelds.

Fairly beat up paint with swirls and scratches Have already ordered the PC with the Menzerna intensive and super polishes. Looking for best recs regarding sealants/waxes or alternative polishes. I apologize if these are repeat questions, but there is almost too much info out there.
