I use a Snap-on blow gun, it has a really nice valve in it for great air control, and it doesn leak air. It has a LIFETIME warranty. It sounds like you are hard on your blow guns, i highly reccomend this one. Just call up Snap-on customer service and they will send out a new one if you break it...
I detailed my car with nxt 2.0 just one week ago. It had a very deep shine for about 2 days. It did rain about 3 times and my car stays outside. I washed the car today and there was almost no beading at all on the hood roof or trunk. The sides of the car beaded up nicely, and bird droppings were...
Well I have owned a PC7424 for about 9 years now and want something that will cut faster. My pads stop spinning on my PC too easily. I have all the pads and stuff.
Has anybody tried one? Seems reasonably priced and my snapon dealer said he could hook me up at about 30% off. Looking to hear people's opinions. ETB1580B, Polisher, Electric, Angle, 11.0 Amps, 7"
I just got my new bottle of Poorboys spray and rinse. I noticed that it has a different sprayer since the bottle i bought last year.
Last years sprayer lasted me 2 days untill it broke. I think the wheel cleaner is too strong lol.
Does the new sprayer hold up to the powerful PB S&R?
very nice! the results look similar to the 89 mazda mx6 that i detailed.
So you used a simple AIO with a blue pad to get these results? wow, i thought this would require something much stronger and at least an orange pad.
So how exactly do you access this page from the AG homepage? I cant seem to find it.
I showed my hairdresser the page of my detail on the Mazda and she was so impressed that I will soon be detailing her Jeep Liberty and same with the receptionists car!
looks awesome, i love the seats in that car!
i see that you used something called "rain repel", is that something similar to rain x for windows? or is it something that goes on the paint?
you thought i was someone else haha, but yea i know what you mean. Im great friends with her (we work together) so i will probably end up finishing it this spring.
Yes it was single stage paint, i went through 3 pads because they kept on turning red and didnt work anymore. Its surprising...
maybe some new orange pads> they have a deal going right now where you get 6 of the 5.5inch orange pads for 15 bucks. i ordered that!
what about liquid souveran?
i hate when people leave all of their crap in their car when i detail their car! its so gross! especially dirty socks under the seats, nasty.
i have the same username on bimmerforums, usually hang out in the E30 and offtopic section.
i dont drive my bmw in the winter, i have a bonneville for that. i dont want the car to be exposed to salt and the possibility of crashing it in icy conditions.
just keep a nice layer of sealant or wax on your paint to protect it.
that looks really nice! it was pretty filthy looking. i think you should have been able to do it in under 2 hours though. how much did you make?
by the way, are you on bimmerforums?
