    Yeah, agree with this. Where i come from, most car dealers dont know much about detailing... Albeit this might be expected cause even 'detailing' shops dont know crap as well. It's kind of frustrating to have to leave your car with the dealer for its regular maintenance schedule only to go back...

    Hi, Not sure if it's just me but during the rainy season (here in the Philippines, from june to nov) i find it hard to clean caked up-mud splattered panels. It usually takes me several passes to clean these areas as i usually apply very little pressure when touching the paint with the wash...
