I did my Honda with V38 on white pad and orange pad with v36 on bad areas followed by v38. perfect finish except for some deeper scratches.

I actually polished my 05 nighthawk black accord. The paint was very soft. I was able to get an almost perfect finish with just chemical guys v38 on a white pad and orange pad with v36 for bad areas.

I used 3 white pads to polish my accord. I also used 1 orange pad for bad areas. But this is because I have really soft paint.

I see. Thank you for the link. So it basically removes iron containing particles underneath the surface that a clay bar would not be able to remove. I think I will try it in the future, but right now I have my tuition to worry about :p

Forgive me for the noob question, but I've come across many posts that talk about iron X. Some people use it on wheels, sold use it on paint, what I want to know is what does it really do, and is there any additional benefits vs just a clay bar

From what I've been reading, steamers have a tip temperature around 200°F. That should be safe to use pretty much anywhere. I also want to buy this steamer, but I just bought a bunch of stuff, so I'm currently in the process of saving up for this steamer.
