I agree with this. We do not roll windows down unless the customer asks so when they pick the vehicle up, which is maybe 1 out of 1000. Unfortunately its difficult to get the window completely clean up in the molding/frame, but you played it safe!

I would go rotary and wool then finish off with the foam pad... Rotary and wool would really bite into it like Mike said.. I did that to this jeep just last week that was bad.. but then again this paint isnt in the best shape.

Sadler, We have a 2014 shelby and the clear coat does seem to be very soft. I went over the entire vehicle using the flex 3401 with 3m step 2 and step 3 and it looks amazing, but havent got the coating applied yet. Seemed to buff out fairly easy with the flex though... However 3m sh*t is so...

What about using a body shop prep solvent for removing oils and residue from polishing? Has anybody tried that?

So could I use a body shop prep solvent? Is that essentially the same product? Its used to remove silicone and what not before paint application.. Thoughts?

I got a bunch of streaks when i applied exo v2 on top of my c1. I even polish exo back off and tried reapplying and still streaked... is my ipa not.strong enough for removing the excess polish? Then again it streaked on the first application on top of c1.. thoughts?

I just want to know if anyone has applied a wax on top of a c1/exo application. I just purchased the c1 and exo. Plan on doing 2 coats of exo and was thinking of topping it with pinnacle souveran.. Has anyone tried this??
