the 08 skyline should be able to beat out the C6 Z06 if nissan wasnt full of it. I would go with that. Or you can just get an R32 from canada for about 10k. Comes with the same motor as the R34 just 5 gears instead of 6.

Not at all. 18's will slow your car down a good bit and will look crappy unless you lower your car. I would go no bigger then 17's. Its really up to you.

90 dollars a wheel isn’t bad at all. The only place im thinking you could find cheaper is EBay. The problem is there not really popular wheels so the wont be all over. They have a set for bmws going for 250 but they wont fit your Nissan. Ill ask around out here this weekend for you.
