I called Metro and spoke to them. David was his name. The Nozzle threads on clockwise. I believe someone here mentioned that already. Its meant to come off if needed. David also said if you want it on there permanently, use gorilla glue and allow to try for 24 hours.

Maybe Metro should make the nozzle more of a permanent attachment so it stops coming off. I thought it was threaded also, but it still keeps coming off.

I also have recently had a issue with my Master Blaster. The nozzle won't stay attached to the hose anymore. I have tried putting it back on and it keeps blowing off. Even when I do get it on, it leaks air like a siv around the joint.

+1 here! Just bought the new Karcher X Series. The only thing I don't like about it is that the reel causes the hose to tangle. Kind of a pain in the a** but it works great if you can get by that.
