I'm thinking that's going to be the issue. If I leave it out to dry there will be "salt" spots left over on the paint from what you're explaining. I think my best bet is just to rinse every panel after washing to prevent the residue buildup?

There is only one coat of 845 on the paint. I'm going to be reapplying another coat soon.

I have a soft water system implemented while washing my car. I’ve come to think that maybe the water might be too “soft” causing the soap to leave behind a residue like that. I wash under a carport, so the sun isn’t a factor. Any other possibilities?
