I've been very pleased with the MF towel wash, Waterless wash, and especially the interior AIO cleaner. Quite a brand.

The only presoak I do is the setting on the washer. I always presoak in there. I'm just getting into detailing and after my wife unknowingly used downy on my MF's. Starting taking care after that. Been really impressed with the towel kleen. Tempted to try other 3D products now.

This is, by far, the best MF cleaner I have used. Granted I've only used tide, griots, and chemical guys... But it's quite amazing!
