Unfortunately don't know any good detailers in town or I wouldn't have paid this guy for no results. I am tempted to try to wet sand them out with 1500 grit as a last resort before paying to have the panels repainted.

You think none of these products/pads will eliminate the water spots? I honestly want to try this first because if none of this works I will repaint the trunk and roof as they are that bad....these aren't water marks that just look bad from certain angles, it looks like the sprinklers went off...

I thought I read somewhere that the clearcoat will even cover 400 grit sand marks, I basically want to go as low as possible to where it still covers the sand lines...that way the paint has a great surface to grab onto

I've restored headlights before and am not new to painting or wetsanding, just haven't used 2k clearcoat before. I want something that will last and to do it right the first time. I was going to use 200 grit to make sure I get all the clearcoat off but 320 sounds good too. The other picture...
