Sounds good...I'll hope it's all good. I only applied one coat. When I opened the bottle it wasn't coming out, so i squeezed. Bad idea. I didn't realize that the whole plug in the top of the bottle could come out. It did...and my 150 mls spilled all over the side of my car. I wiped...

Applied CQuartz Lite yesterday with Reload. Today I unexpectedly had to take the car out in the snow...about 20 hours after application. Will that be a problem with my coating? Thanks

Thanks everybody for all the advice. I've tried 3D Eraser Water Spot Remover and that didn't take the stains out. Looks I'll be polishing it out as soon as I have a chance. Then I'll coat it. I appreciate all the comments.

Thanks everybody for you comments. I'm going to give CQuartz Lite a try after I remove MgCl2 stains and swirl marks.

Thanks. So, no matter what coating I have, I'm going to be seeing swirls on my black paint within about a year? If I went with CQ Lite, would I still use Gliss over it?

Yep...just picked up my new Audi. One week ago... I was kind of bummed to get it coated with MgCl2 before I could put any protectant on it.

Thanks for your reply. I'm wondering...what do you mean Cquartz is better? Do you mean that PBL won't last as long, and I'll need to re-apply sooner...or that immediately after application, Cquartz has better appearance, protection, etc.? I'm just considering that, after reading several posts...

Thanks for the reply. I’ve also had Pinnacle Black Label paint coating recommended to me by Mike Phillips. Have you compared the Cquartz UK 3.0 to that?

I have a Porter Cable 7242 XP. I'm not very experienced with it yet, but it seems like it's time to get it out.
