Recieved my missing backing plates today, and got a chance to try it out. I'm not sure if this is just mine or what but very little pressure can be applied before pad will stop rotating. I'm also having an issue with the machine just stopping. Does this with the batteries and while being plugged...

Agreed mike. The manual is definitely lacking information. Rupes is also lacking in the customer service department. Trying to get in touch with someone to get my missing backing plates was a serious chore. Hopefully I'll get to use mine soon.

Well I recieved my ibrid today. Unfortunately my kit is missing backing plates so I can't use it. Definitely not what I expected when paying this much for a tool. Hopefully AG or rupes can send some soon. Other than that it seems nice. Light weight, and powerful. Case is really nice as well.

Does anyone know when the 1 and 2 inch pads will be available? Also will they offer all color pads?
