    Review & How-To: Hyde's Serum Rust Stopper

What you said does make sense. I do have the OEM Brake dust cover for now. When I upgrade to a BBK I believe I will have to cut it out. I think I will take you up on your offer I will send a PM your way. I will try to do some testing with and without. My concern is not someone looking at the...

    Review & How-To: Hyde's Serum Rust Stopper

Love the idea... but correct me if I am wrong but wouldn't we still get "rust dust" since we can't spray the other side of the rotor? I am sure this minimizes rust dust, but I am sure you still have to wipe down the wheel after a short drive to have a perfectly clean wheel.

suntek clear bra and opticoat pro

Awesome response! Thank you! You hit all the points that I was concerned about with Opti Coat. I too like the polish my car about once a year. That has what kept me on the fence with Opti Coat. Even though it seems to have great chemical resistance and bird dropping protection. After doing...

suntek clear bra and opticoat pro

I would be interested why your switching! I am very on the fence between opti coat and gtechniq myself. Question though how will you know that you have removed the Opti Coat 2.0 since it has bonded permanently with the clear? How will you know that you have gotten all of the Opt Coat layder off...

    Opti-lens yellowing after 90 days

OP hopefully someone from Optimum chimes in here that would be great to hear anything from them. I had plans to use Opti-Lens on my exterior CF because of the UV protection. I would be really disappointed if it only lasted a few months. What clearcoat would this be? I would like to spray some...

Review: Gtechniq EXO v2 Complete Kit

Awesome thanks for the info. I'm just trying to figure out why it is happening. Rob seems like a cool guy I'm sure he would want to get this fixed as it helps the whole community. I know I would hate for this to happen to me.

Oh wow. I didn't know the new versions of C1 and or EXO V2 had these problems. I was thinking about ordering both of those soon. I hope they fix the formulations soon. I wonder why I don't see more people complaining about it in the UK on DetailingWorld?

Optimum Opti-Lens Headlight Coating - What YOU Should Know

Did we ever get an answer to this? I will most likely be clear coating my carbon fiber then applying some sort of sealant after. I interested in protecting my carbon fiber from yellowing and want the extra UV protection that this formulation seems to provide. I assume this would help the...

    Review: CarPro PERL

Thanks for the response! :xyxthumbs: What about interiors especially the dash? After reading your post I would be afraid of it getting near my windshield even with an applicator. If some accidently got on the windshield the haziness would drive me nuts haha. I don't think I'm as brave as you to...

    Review: CarPro PERL

Awesome review! I was reading on other threads that PERL is hard to remove from glass? Is this true? The guy said he uses an assortment of chemicals and had to resort to a razor blade to get it all off. It makes me weary to use it on my interior or touch my paint. Anyone else have problems like...
