Sorry for the late reply but thanks for the suggestions.

I have an outback and am looking for help picking a polish for it. The paint is so soft it scares me to use anything on it. I have always used menzerna's product and it might be the best but I hate all of the dust it leaves. Any input?

:iagree: My subaru is almost impossible to keep looking scratch free. But when you get it there, it is nice! I use Menzerna sip and nano on it and it seems to work fine. You just need to find the right pads. Someone on another post used ht cyan and tangerine pads and they seemed to work...

Late to respond but this looks awesome! I have a black subaru and with the soft paint it has, I am always worried about working too hard on it to get scratches out. Looks like I need to try the ht cyan pad since the edge pads seem to do nothing to it.

Maybe I'm not asking the question right. I know what their cut is, I just have never had them before and was curious if they are comparable to lake country cut wise by color.

Thanks for the reply. I did try those. I was looking to use Menzerna on it and didn't know which pad to use. It only shows it with the 3m products. I have the sip and nano I was going to use.

I just got a couple 3m pads as a gift and am trying to research what the cut on them is. But I can't find a comparison chart anywhere. I did however find a site that said the foam was the same as lake country. Does anyone know if this is true? I have the White, grey, and blue perfect-it...

I have always used free detergent but I am thinking of buying Micro-Restore. Is it worth it or does the detergent work just as well?

I was looking to pick up some new products for father's day and figured, why not check the forum and see what everyone likes? Here's what I use, chime in if you want. Wash: 901 durogloss with griots mitt compound: menzerna nano and sip w/dewalt and edge pads polish: poorboy black hole show...

I know this has been discussed with the pc, but what pad and speed would you use on the dewalt to jewel? I have the edge pad system. I was also curious which product to use when jewelling. I have nano polish, Klauss AIO, and RMG.

One of the best tools you will ever get. I got mine and felt like a whole new level of polishing was discovered. Congrats man!

I have both the blue and the original p21s and I think they both look great. I have, however converted to 4 star and crystal mist as I feel that looks better. Just my two cents.
