To my understand the 'power' depends on voltage while the 'endurance' depends on capacity...So there shouldn't be any difference in the water pressure output but the 4Ah will last longer. I only have the 2Ah battery though but I would imagine it being quite tiring to hold the water gun with 4Ah...
