I put a huge batch of microfibers in the wash (mostly the yellow Costco ones), but accidentally threw some nasty wheel ones in as well. Can I retire these to be used on phone/tablet screens, or are they all ruined?

I'm considering getting either a 3.5" backing plate for my 6" Griot's Garage DA, or the mini 3" polisher. I know that using 4" pads with a 3.5" backing plate on the 6" will give better results, but I don't want to deal with changing backing plates, and I also like that it's maneuverable. Would...
