Chemical decon doesn't necessarily replace mechanical, I see it as a supplement. Use a chemical to dissolve or knock down most of the contaminants then finish off with a clay product. Less chance of marring that way.
What kind of fittings are on the washer? I think you're going to have a hard time finding adapters for what's pictured here.
My 50 ft 3/8" Simpson hose kinks much less often than the stock 1/4" hose that came with my Greenworks washer.

One whiff of Iron-X and you'll never want to use it again. Meg's All Wheel Cleaner is great, far cheaper, and no bad smell.
