AG support said the product isn't old and that I should work the product less in a smaller area.

I'm not sure, I'll contact Autogeek support and see if they can decode how old the product is based on the number stamped on the label.

My understanding per the videos I've watched from Carpro this is normal. Do a search on YouTube are Ech2o and watch the one from CarPro. Note in the video they are using it as a waterless wash not rinseless.

Over the weekend I was finally able to the use HC400 with a Lake Country MF Cutting pad. I couldn't believe how well it finished out with a MF cutting pad. Beyond the results I was pleased on how easy it was to wipe off and the little to no dusting I had. Great product to be sure!
