Hi everyone, So the previous owner did a poor job of cleaning the rims and obviously never used a rim sealant. So I just tried Meguiars wheel brightner non diluted 4-5 times while using manual wheel brushes, drill adapter with wheel brush all with little impact. What can I do? I’ve tried...
