Owner got in touch with me mid last month for my special, but unforently I was rather busy and it took us awhile to get our schedules to align to get his cobra done. Well finally got out there today and knocked it out. His cobra is beautiful. In absolute great condition for an 04, except for the paint. Owner wanted to get it looking as good as possible and we settle on my 2-Step Polish Package to get the paint looking good again. With the package he was able to achieve roughly 90-95% correction across the whole car.
Anyways....
Process:
Foam Wash w/ CG Cirtous Wash
Hand Wash w/ Cobra Mitt w/ Megs Hyper Wash
Rims/Tires w/ Diablo Wheel Gel
*Car recently clayed, so not needed*
Buffing:
Cyan Hydro Tech Pad w/ SIP via GG DA Speed 6
LC Black Pad w/ Ultrafina via GG DA Speed 6-4
IPA Wipedown
LSP: Jetseal109
Windows: Stoners Invisible Glass
Tires: Black Onxy Tire Gel
Before:
Not bad looking, how the paint looked though...
Now once I got it in the garage, did a test spot...
Now with the camera flash from one side to the other...
To...
Then some general light shots as I was working...
After doing the fender completely...
Other light shots...
Now finished sitting in the garage before I pulled it out...
These first two pictures are kinda weird, I had the camera on auto focus and had no idea what it was trying to focus on.
Now outside to see the finished work...
