Here is the other suv I did at my dads office, its one of his associates. Again this suv was fairly new and taken car of a little better than the BMW. My favorit part of this detail was the look of the paint after I put some Souveran on it, wow, very deep red, the pictures don't do it any justice, but take my word, it looked amazing. I basically did the exact same procedure that I did on the BMW. Check it.

The Procedure:
  1. 2 Bucket wash with DG #901, Foam Gun with DG # 901 and APC mix, Cobra Bone, Cobra MF Scrub Pad, Wheel Brushes, and Dries with Cobra Guzzler and Electric Blower.
  2. Did not clay.
  3. Cleaned the paint with Optimum PoliSeal and DA with a green edge pad on 5. No swirl removal, just wanted to bring to paint back a little.
  4. Waxed with Pinnacle Soveran x1. Final wipe down with PB SG.
  5. Cleaned all glass surfaces with Stoners IG
  6. Dressed tires with Megs. Hot Shine Gel.
  7. Dressed wheelwells with Ardex Speedy Brighter.
  8. Vaccumed interior and cleaned carpets with water/woolite mix and microfibers.
  9. Wiped down interior with Megs. # 40, still the best cleaner/protectant I have used to date. Wiped down leather with Lexol Leather Dressing.

Great job, and very nice interior work as well!

Looking excellent :). The interior is cleaned up very well. I can't say the same for my car though :p haha. The paint looks great. It looks like you gave it a nice polishing.

I would definitely give it a try, like I said I tried others, but nothing seems to clean as well and leave as nice of a finish, it looks slighlty shinny, but dry to the touch and doesn't seem to attrack dust, also smells real good to and a little goes a long way, I still have at least half a gallon of it I bought a year ago.

How do you like that ardex stuff? We have a local distributor and he did a demo for me adn the stuff looked like it was crap, I got scared of trying it.

Its some pretty good stuff, really the only thing I use is the Speedy Brightner, which is a tire shine, which I sometimes use on tires, mainly big tires, but I mainly use it for wheelwells, give a nice wet look and dries fast, as for the tires, dependng on the tires it may or may not come out wet looking, that why I stick with Megs. for tires. Also use it on engines, but be careful there is a big warning on the bottle that the product is hoghly flamable. I have also used the new apc, very concentrated and seems to work very well, smells a lot like micro restore, I usually mix a little in my foam gun and I have it in designated spray bottle, I also used it to wash my MF and clean pads. It safe to use on all surfaces too. Now to say whether I'd buy it, well I used to get all mine for free, new a guy whos shop sold it and I would trade washes for products, but that eneded a few months ago so I havn't gotten any since, still I think its worth a try, no clue how much it is, let me know if you get some.
