05 Stang - need some suggestions plz

okay working on the car today. here's the rundown.

car has been kept up well since i bought it, never polished only zaino'd. protected okay buy have developed swirl marks that need polishing.

> pinnacle body work with foam gun
> DP clay where needed
> i used the Flex today (first time using a machine btw)
> XMT 1 and 2
> only had white pads with me (at gf's house today) - i think i need orange
> not sure i was working in the polish long enough, kept it at speed 5
> had better success with the white pad that came with the Flex versus the CCS pad
> interior, carpets were diiirty, Folex with bissel little green machine
> cleaned leather with otc cleaner and conditioner
> put a coat of polycharged UPP on the hood, only part i polished today as i was getting frustrated with lack of perfection
> PB's world polish on front windshield topped with Z2

Dude i thinks thats about the best your going to get with white pad and xmt polishes . orange pad,flex and 106 or sip will do the trick.

i will run home and get the orange pads. i will have to order some 106. might as well get SIP too.

any other suggestions?

Get BLACK floor mats! Save a lot of work and will look better.

yeah those are just what came with the car.

probably going to get black ones with red GT logo on them

Sip and a low profile pads while get you darn near perfect paint. My 95 pretty much finished LSP ready using SIP and an orange pad via UDM. Mustang have medium hard CC so sip will take out all imperfections with ease.
