I saw this bad boy back in feb, and they teased me with it till june. When finally they let me put my hands on it.

The owner bought it only drive it on the race track, really.

They called me up to get all the track grime off the paint. The whole front end and lower panels are cleared bra'd. The side ducts in front of the rear wheels will also be clear bra'd soon, to help with chipping.

The day this was done, it was raining all day. It rained on the way over to clients, was washed in the rain. So that is why the pics are from in the garage.:(

Tires and rims with dawn soap a wheel brush and the 16' deep reach wheel brush.
Tires were coated with Surf City Beyond Black.

The wash
Pinnacle bodywork shampoo and the shmitt. It was also clay with pinnacle ultra poly clay. Got most of the water off, then got it back in the garage.

Duragloss 501 was used to clean off all the tire tread marks on the clear bra.
Owner made clear that it was not to be machined polished.

Four star UPP w/polycharger was applied to the finish.

Finally, a bright YELLOW Lambo to look at. So sorry there wasn't any sun for the go to photgraphs. I'm sure it's much more brialliant than the garage overheads. Was thr Lambo finish in good shape to start......you clayed, but told not to machine polish?

In any case, keep the bright color photos/esamples coming!!

See ya :)

I love this shot, makes the car look mean with the front lights....
I see this car and I think of Dodo Banana Wax, since they are both the same color!

Great job on the detail, I wish I had mad money and had one of these just for fun!

Looks great Ed. Did the owner say why no machine polish? No swirls in the pics and a great shine. Just curious.

Great job!

Only for track? Bah! If I spent that much money on a damn car, you can bet your ass I would be driving it every chance I got! :D

Very awesome job, the yellow car looks great. I guess the owner would like to keep all of the original paint on the vehicle with all the clear bra and not wanting the machine polishing done. :D

Paint was in great condition. I clayed it to get the stuck on road junk off.

Very nice Ed! Looks like you changed the wheels on my car.

Yeah, I didn't like your rims:D He has a set of big black rims for racing. Makes the car look sweet...

Jim, the paint has very very light spider webbing. The garage light did not show it. Only in bright sun would you see it from a angle. I did what the owner stated and no machines on the car.

Great job!

Ryan, with that kind of money, it doesn't matter to him. Beside's he also has a Ferrari 360 yellow modena, he was racing too.

Out of the 3 sets of wheels for my Gallardo I think the black ones diffinately look the best especially with yellow paint.

That is one seriously sweet ride. Great work on it.

It must be nice to have that kind of change laying around for a toy just to race.

Great job Ed. It must have been a pleasure to work on.

Pat it was nice. It is the same frame build as the audi R8 that you did.

you are right on that Gary, the black are the best on the yellow.
