Customer wanted to bring some life back into this 08 Accord with 85k. Wasn't looking for perfection so settled on an AIO. Accord had heavy RIDS and swirls on the outside and pet hair and thick grime on the inside. Customer took it to a local place in NJ and they refused to detail the car. Sorry no before pics besides the wheels and no sun shots because it was about to rain.

looks really good. I just bought one identical to it, only a 5 speed, at the dealer auction a couple weeks ago for CHEAP. flipped it last week. got lucky on that one because the condition of the paint scared others away from bidding.

Yeah, this really needed a 3 step compound, polish and seal but D151 brought it back to life and shine and gloss are what most people want on their cars. On the hood it looked like someone took a brillo pad to get something off, D151 did a good job of making the scratches lighter where you can only see them on an angle now. Door pillars were bad too, that's why I took an after pic on those.

Beautiful work sir! That looks great!

Nice work on the engine bay. :props:

Thanx, Megs VPC did a nice job of shining things up.

Marvelous work on that 08 though, if they didn't do upgrades to these cars in recent years you would think it's brand new

Great job! Paint looks very glossy! Wish I saw the before pictures though because I'm sure it'll make me more impressed.

Killing me Smalls...

After the description of the interior and saying another Detailer took a pass on it....NO interior pictures and 8 pictures of the wheels?

To paraphrase Mike Phillips; the power of the Afters is in the Befores

To quote me, "No Befores....it didn't happen"

The Afters look nice

Sorry about no before pics, see how bad the wheels were, that's how bad the interior and paint was too. I do this part time on the weekends and I was done with the interior and remembered I forgot to take pics. Then did the paint the next day and just wanted to finish up. Thanx for the compliments.

Nice job. I have the same car. Try Hydro2 on the wheels next time. You won't regret it. What did you need to cover to do the engine?

I just ran out of hydro2. I don't wrap when I clean an engine. Leaf blow, then rinse with power nozzle, then APC with various brushes, then rinse with power nozzle, then start the car and leaf blow. I don't concentrate the water in any one spot, move really fast. Never had an issue.
