1000 MPH car.

If that even gets slightly airborne...well I would not want to think about it.
 
1000mph? Isn't the top speed of an F-15 like 1600mph? I can't even imagine the downforce that is generated by this machine.

I also think it's funny the call this a "car"

You don't want downforce ion a land speed record car. Downforce scrubs off speed. Tires are difficult to make for that fast.

Makes sense. That being said, there must be a FINE line between staying on the ground and taking off like an airplane! Lol
