ive got 10 cars i clean a month theres no power source... ive tried this hoover linx 18v found out it goes dead rather fast and now its broken after 5 cars...i need something reliable i spend about 5-10 mins per car
 
Couldn't you get a cigarette lighter vacuum or better yet an ACDC adapter for the lighter socket. My car has this built in but I also have a converter for an older vehicle.
 
Dewalt battery powered vacuum. Use it at work as a contractor and it works well and lasts a while.

Maybe a bit expensive but you get what you pay for...Mine has been beaten, getting thrown around the truck and it's still going.
