1978 black vette pace car

i have a black and silver 1978 vette pace car . the black portion has some med scratches and swirls i have tried chem guys black light and meg 101 with a flex orange pad not much luck i don't know much about the paint use d in 1978 im guessing it might be acrylic would like to remove some of the swirls and scratches if possible looking for suggestions and technique i have a flex and a cyclo after correction i was going to apply black light followed by synergy thanks icture:

Try Menzerna 400 followed by 4500.
