The paint is one year old but it's single stage metallic. Single stage paint oxidize a LOT easier than a modern basecoat/clearcoat finish thus they need more frequent maintenance to maintain a clear, high gloss finish.

The owner Scott now has the perfect product to maintain this daily driver, always parked outside Van and that's the McKee's 37 Jeweling Wax.

This is the very first time I have seen anything about Mckee's 37.

Looks like you used the "A-Team" to detail that van.

That's a Overhaulin term and while it matches what we do we can't use it.

I guess "GEEK-SQUAD" is already taken. I thought we settled on a name a year ago.I just can`t remember.(At least I remember where I live). Maybe "GEEKSTERS"? :buffing:

I had a chance to test out the new Flex 15 and also the new Rupes MKII 15.

As you would expect, the Flex seems to be a well built machine and runs smooth, but in my experience, the Rupes MKII 15 seems to handle curved surfaces better than the Flex.
