I did this car a couple of weeks a go but just haven't had the time to share this detail .

I was asked to take a look at this Ferrari and see if I could make it a little more presentably and of coarse I accepted the challenge the only problem was the amount of free time I would be able to spend cleaning it up . My goal was to get as close to a swirl free finish and getting back some depth and color to the paint .

After looking over the car it was apparent that someone went kinda crazy with a rotary buffer and a good portion of the paint on the edges were burn't right down to the primer . Also the paint was very thin in many areas I don't own a paint gauge but it wasn't hard to see this . So I decided to pick the the right front of the hood to do a test spot and my next surprise popped up Single Stage Paint .

I had my Meguairs MF system on hand and figured I would give it a try well the pad gummed up so fast there was know way I was going to get away using it . I ended up using my Flex Da with Cyan & 105 Tangerine & 205 .One of the other problems I have doing this kind of job at work is being able to take pictures and documenting my work I still have to run the shop and answer to two bosses during the day while trying to detail cars when needed . Plus write ups aren't my strong point I need to take lessons from my buddy Corey ( CeeDog )

Tools used
Two Bucket wash
Clay Magic Clay
Flex Da
Cyan and Tangerine Hydro pads and plenty of them
Interior carpets and mats cleaned with DP interior Cleaner
Leather Masters on the seats .
Lsp Wolfgang Fuzion
Plenty of UTTG that really made the grill and trim pop .
Various Brushes and Pak Shak towels
Here are some pictures and hopefully you get the idea what I had to deal with .

Wow Awesome JOB!

What was the customers reaction?
Thank you well the customer is the owners son and he is always happy when I detail one of his cars . He just bought this one and was deciding to keep it or sell it so far it looks like he will keep it for a while .

Very nice Adam! :props:

That is an ugly interior color!
