1992 Lexus SC400-paint imperfections

Wanna ask what would be the best way to overcome this, besides a car port lol. NM does fade cars paint very quickly. Just took the sun one year to do this, anyway what is the best way to fix this? (pic below) Sand it, then repaint it? Just want an opinion.

Yup, CC failure fer' sure. Although I don't think it took 'only' a year for that to happen. :dunno:
 
I mean it started fading once I put the car in my driveway. Oh well, sanding, primer, and re paint, & clear it I guess
 
FIY, it's not the clouds on the roof, the fading is just on the drivers side soor, nowhere else...

Ahhhhhhh "I see" says the blind man. ;) Hard to tell in the photo, actually looks like the same problem at the top of the door as well.

Could always do a "wrap" on it, turn it into a mobile advertising vehicle. :D
 
Yes, I suppose, but this is my spoiled Lexus. I treat like my dinner plate...;)
I will be re clearing/painting that entire side the end of this summer season most likely.
