I had the opportunity to detail this beautiful Ferrari 355 recently. I haven't posted a write up before, but I felt this car was worth sharing so bare with me. A couple of the pictures are a little out of focus.

This was the condition of the paint when it arrived. Pretty much representative of the entire car.

Backed it out of the garage to foam it down and give it a proper two-bucket wash.

Pulled it back inside, clayed it, dried it, and inspected the real damage.

I'm not sure if I was more happy the way the paint turned out after polishing or the leather after cleaning and conditioning. Either way, the car looked amazing.

Wow, fantastic outcome. Now it looks the way a Ferrari should :xyxthumbs: What products did you use for the leather. Night and day difference you achieved on the leather alone.

I'm new to the forum and wasn't sure if I should list it because Autogeek doesn't sell their products. Is there a rule against listing other companies' products?

Wow. Beautiful job! I can't for the life of me figure out why folks let such great cars get so far gone. Good for the pro detailers like you I guess!

Ferrari on my list of "gotta get one someday" :)

Awesome job!

Awesome job!

Thanks! I wish I could call myself a pro! I'm just a college kid doing this for fun in my spare time.

That was great work!

Thanks man!

Well done, sir! The work you did on the interior is nothing short of amazing.

Very nice turn around. Both the exterior and interior look amazing. Nice work.

I don't know the answer to your question, but they should probably look into carrying it! Great work!

You really made that interior look like a newer cars interior!! WOW great work. The paint work aint too shabby either!!!

Nice job on that red, looks great!
What pad/product combo did you use to get rid of those swirls?

Thanks for all the compliments!

Amazing! How many hours did it take?
I didn't keep track of time very well, but I believe it was about 15-16 hours. This car had so many places on it that were almost impossible to polish, not to mention the amount of time spent just taping things off!

I used a Green Uber Pad with Menzerna IP 2000, and a Blue Uber Pad with Menzerna SF 4500.

Wow the interior looks so much better. The seats specially. Is it just me or the stratch marks from the seats are gone?

I see people mentioning products that AG doesnt carry all the time on these boards. Tell us, what did you do to that leather!?

The seats were so dirty that it accentuated any light wrinkles in the leather and made it look like there were bad creases. Once they were cleaned, they basically disappeared.

I used Adam's Leather and Interior Cleaner with their horsehair brush, and their Leather Conditioner. I want to try out Leatherique, but so far I've had excellent results with Adam's.
