.... Yes, what you read was correct, this is a review of ONR from a rookie perspective. I'd like to thank Flatstick and Rider9195 for providing samples for me to try.
Optimum No Rinse:
As a rinseless wash: I had not had the opportunity yet to try it as a rinseless wash - all the vehicles i detailed today were very grimey. so we'll skip it.
As a wash enhancer: Oh. My. Goodness. I am blown away by the ease at which the grime and bugs from daily driving were removed. I used two OZ along with some Surf City Garage Pacific Blue wash n' wax - the SCG alone was OK, but adding ONR really increased the lubricity of the wash. Dirt and bug guts seemed to be lifted away with a minimum of scrubbing. Those guts that needed a bit more persuasion came off easily with my bug scrub pad. The dirt and grime and etc released from my wash mitt easily, without too much 'persuasion' from the grit guard.
On a full-sun day like today, the wash solution rinsed clean with no water spotting as well (i was able to keep on top of each panel, careful to not let the wash dry on the vehicle).
As a QD: This stuff is great. I mixed it up per instructions, and used it for my door jambs, and as a clay lube. Fantastic! :xyxthumbs:
I took advantage of the BOGO and purchased 4 of the DP rinseless wash, as folks have said nothing but great things about it, and it was on BOGO :xyxthumbs: (thanks Nick and Meghan!)
Pro's: Excellent dirt encapsulation. Excellent Lubricity. Excellent dirt release from Mitt.
Con's: not available OTC
