Here is what I started with around 9am and finished up around 3:30pm. I picked this customer up through Yahoo Local Yellow Pages. It's free to register your biz and provide your phone number and web link << Note "DO THIS, if you already haven't!!"

Anyways I got off work this morning from a 12-hour night shift and basically haven't slept yet, but thats my dilemma, right... :) I'm going to make this one short and sweet, but I wish I could've spent more time on this one to really perfect the paint. The instructions were to get it ready to trade and do a great job on the inside. So me and my help began......

Wash - APC,SOAP, and Foam Cannon - Scrubbed with Long handle brush
Wheels, Tires, Wheels - Purple Power, Long handle megs brush, and 2500psi
Paint Correction - Menzerna PO106 via PC speed 6 using a orange lo-pro LC
Protection LSP - Pinnacle's Liquid Souveran via PC speed 3 using a grey CCS
Re-Rinse and Dry with DG Aqua Wax
Interior Plastic cleaned with Mild APC and Microfibers
Carpet spot cleaned with Folex and foamed with Woolite and hand scrubbed
Glass Cleaned with MEAN GREEN Glass Cleaner w/Vinegar additive. (WORKS!)
Leather Cleaned with DG Leather Shampoo and Protected with CI V&L Dressin
Tires well.... They would'nt accept any tire shine I threw at them... Made me kind of mad, so they just went back to the customer matte and natural :(
Spot checked exterior with DG's Rain Repel (Used as QD) Ultimate slickness!!

very VERY nice! Paint looks deep and wet, and the interior looks immaculate. I actually think the tires look great just how they turned out, I like more of a matte finish on "normal" more DD kind of vehicles.

I bet you got them a good deal more for the trade then they would have gotten.
good job man:applause:

now go get some rest, you deserve it!

Awesome correction on the exterior and interior!...............Great Job!

Great job! You brought that color back to life. Looks brand new!

Great job again Eric

was the paint just that dirty or was it oxidized

Paint was very dirty w/ slight haze. It only took one pass with 106. I've been getting some dooozy's lately :D

Details on the truck I forgot to include...

117k Miles
Chesnutt Burgundy Metallic - Paint Color
It has been repainted due to body damage...Overspray minimal, but still clayed and razorbladed the windows.

That truck was incredibly hazy now it shines bright. Very nice detail. It almost looks like a different truck.

Those trucks run great, one of my trucks still is an 00' V8 Mountaineer, have 100K on it and it still runs like the day I got it brand new, never any trouble. Gone through plenty of other vehicles, yet I can never seem to sell it lol, just keeps running perfect. What I've noticed on your pics is like my seats though I have a darker leather color, the leather seems to hold up great, 100K miles and my seats still look excellent with no cracks, I've seen other vehicles with 50K where the leather looks worn and abused.

WOW eric... why u trying to out do me?!? Dude what's with the rinse after LS, then drying with AW?? And the glass cleaner??? Thought you were going straight SC glass cleaner.... looks absolutely great. top notch

great job !!!! the color makes me wanna puke..lol.. but your work and attention to detail was very well done....

I only rinsed after menz 106, I may have misdirected that. I sent my glass cleaner off for someone else to test so I had to make do with the DOLLAR GENERAL heavy hitter :)

Come on Joe P is the color that bad :D, I love that color, sort of... :) Thanks for the compliments everyone I gotta pretty heavy next two days so expect more show and shine with different products.

OK dude now you will have me checking AG more than I already do to see the upcoming show and shines and see the reviews. Keep em coming because I am picking up some great tips from you. By the way I love how you can turn around a vehicle and after a 12 hour night shift....you rock. And believe me I know because I'm a swinger (damn that sounded better in my head than it looked typed on the screen, but you know what I mean) too. Oh yeah I really like the way the tires came out. I love that look, nothing too glossy for me. See man even when you think you messed up it turns out great, now that's talent!

ehuth1..dang, bud..when I saw this pic..i thought that'll take some work..but you did it with just 106..very cool!! love the turnaround..that is one smart customer, he just doubled his trade-in allowance!

D A M N ! ! ! That is one amazing turnaround! All of that with 106FF? It correct a lot more than I thought it would, great!!!
