This 2000 Porsche Carrera 4 in Guards Red was in for a full correction. This 911 was in pretty bad condition, from heavily swirled paint to severely baked on brake dust/contaminants.

Didn't get a full before pic of the car, so here's an after pic just to show you what I'm working with:

LSP of choice: SV Insignis

Applying Sonax in a Kwazar bottle. This bottle is a must-have:

Did a comparison of Sonax vs Straight CG Grime Reaper:

Mixing my special potion for the foam gun. 1oz CG Maxi Suds, 2oz CG CWG, 2oz Megs Green APC. This is perfect for plenty of foam and to strip prior LSPs:

Wax of choice: SV Insignis. I normally would put Power Lock on before Insignis, but I didn't have the time to let it cure. Moreover, this is a perfect way to test the durability of Insignis with proper maintenance washes (by me):

I originally had 90 pics in the writeup posted on a forum that would accept that many pics. But since AG only accepts 30 I'll dumb-down this down a bit, so much for being detailed about write ups.

Same instance with an F430 detail writeup I had, except it had 250 pics with a model photoshoot. Oh well.

That Porsche was pretty neglected...I can honestly say those are the dirtiest wheels I have ever seen on a Porsche. You can definitely see the difference on the 50/50 shot. Awesome turn around!

Very nice, and if you have more then the alotted photos just add a second post. Most do a before post then a second After post anyway.

Nice job on the car.

Very nice work. The Porsche turned out beautiful, and the bead shots were great.:dblthumb2:
