This truck belongs to my dad and I usually apply an AIO once a month. This is the ONLY time it gets washed! My "go to" product has been either Poliseal or Sonax paint cleaner/AIO which are my favorite AIOs. Overall this truck is in pretty good condition since it doesnt really get touched with a was mitt and waffle towel. Swirls are at a minimum but theres tons of dirt and grease on the paint work.
I was going to save the Megs White wax for my Honda but I wash it weekly and its not really dirty.

Bonus tip
P21S paint cleaner does a great job at cleaning smooth plastic. I've been doing this for a while now and there doesnt seem to be any adverse affects.

Like stated above there really isn't too many swirls. However, the paint is a bit dingy and has slight oxidation.

This is where Meguiars White Wax can be very beneficial -
Meguiars White Wax, wax for white cars, wax for white paint

Description from the AG store:

Meguiars White Wax is a specially formulated car wax for white and other light colored vehicles. It contains an advanced blend of micro cleaners, SMAT (super micro abrasive technology) abrasives and high-grade carnauba wax fused with high-tech polymers that clean, polish and protect your vehicle. This enables Meguiars White Wax to remove below surface contaminants to achieve unmatched depth, shine and clarity on white and other light colored vehicles!

The secret to achieving crisp, clear reflections on white and other light colors is to get the paint squeaky clean. The cleaner the surface, the better the color coat will shine through. Meguiars knows this which is why they’ve developed White Wax with an advanced blend of micro cleaners and SMAT abrasives that are designed to cleanse the paint of shine-inhibiting below-surface contaminants. Meguiars White Wax deep cleans your vehicle’s paint so maximum color and clarity can be achieved.

Meguiars White Wax produces a shine that lasts! Meguiars formulated White Wax with carnauba and polymers to provide rugged paint protection in any environment. What’s more, Meguiars White Wax can be applied by hand or dual action polisher.

In all honesty I think Meguiars skimped on the applicator. Its much too think IMO to used on paint work. I think I'll end up using it for applying dash dressing. The included applicator in the Megs NXT wax is about 3 times as thick.

Polishing was performed with a Flex 3401 and a white CCS pad. Be assured that the pad is in fact a white CCS pad, not yellow as it looks.

The consistency is quite thick, much thicker then tooth paste lol

My thoughts...

PROS:
*It works wonderfully on white and probably light colored paints.
*Depending on pad choice, I'm confident it can remove a lot of deeper swirls
* Easy on and off
*Looks good and leaves the paint very slick

CONS:
*Very chalky
*Very difficult to remove residue from pads - I had to scrub more then normal. Possibly a good thing?
*Poorly designed applicator
*Dont love the tube it comes in. It can be difficult to squeeze out of the aluminum tube. I can easily be used in a plastic bottle instead.

Nice job. How long did the job take you?

And I agree on all points about the wax. I think I hate the tube it comes in the most.

^ Thanks, I think overall it took 6~7hrs
