Well it has been a long time since I have posted anything. Life has been crazy for me and well a college dorm parking lot is not a place for car detailing! This is just a quick clean up and shine up of a work truck! I was not trying to remove all the swirls and scratches, just make the truck look better.

The process:

Wash with the shmitt and gold class ( I love the shmitt its a life saver to get all the dirt off!)

Clayed the whole truck This took some time the paint was bad! It had what looked like rush all over the lower panels but it was road paint.

I tried some OC and a LC orange pad and it barely put a dent in the swirls. A push broom is used to get snow off in the winter :(

Then I switched to a LC polishing bad and Poorboys polish with carnauba. I love this stuff as a one stepper.

LSP: Collinite

Sorry there is not a lot of pictures I was in a rush

Looks really good. I'll bet the lower half of that truck took some elbow grease :)

Yeah that thing was a mess! But it felt great to get out there and do some work!
