Well, I'm not entirely finished with this yet as I still need to do a deep polish on the top of the car(some deeper scratches from the friggin cat) but otherwise the finish is glossing up pretty good:)

Poorboys SSR1(grey finishing pad on 6 on PC) and SSR2.5(orange pad 5-6 on PC)
Klasse AIO
Pinnacle Souveran(two coats)
Poorboys Wheel Glaze
Pinnacle Black Onyx Tire Gel

I'll add some pictures in the sun, not that it will make much difference on a white car.

Looking good. Did you turn on your flash for some of the pics, or did it do it automatically? Do you feel the 2nd coat of Souveran did anything or was 1 coat sufficient? BTW, I hope you did SSR 2.5 and THEN SSR 1.

haha.....yes 2.5 first(I pay attention;) )j.k. The paint has a lot of orange peel from the factory so I couldn't get the finish exactly as I wanted, but it came a long way from where it was. The flash was firing at will! You can see in some of the darker pics. If I turned the flash off the pics would blur because it slowed the shutter way down so I had to aim at something bright in the reflection. Oh well, I'm definitely not a photographer!!

Yes, layering sure seems to add depth and gloss.

LOL, you can force the flash to fire... I don't know what camera you have so I can't help you do that. Check the manual or just play around. I love photography, and finally I have something close by to take pictures of now. :D Keep up the work man!

It's a decent "cheaper" camera:

When I force the flash to fire it just overexposes and makes the car VERY white, with no reflections. When I found a brighter subject(reflection) on the car the flash wouldn't fire on autoflash, which showed the reflection. Otherwise the pics just come out over exposed when using a flash. I know a little about photography, but not enough.

Flashes are hard to get right. I bought an external flash for my camera, and while it looks really funny, indoor shots look AMAZING now. White is a hard color to capture anyways.

Looks good. White is always a bit of a challenge. Why the Souveran? Did you find that the Souveran "muted" the white a bit? I like the "pop" of SG or UPP for white and the depth of Souveran for the deeper darker colors. But it sure looks good....

Maybe next time try SG (2-3 coats) and then some Souveran. Or go with EX-P (2 coats) and then Natty's Blue.

Why Souveran?? Because I had some:D lol.....actually I didn't have any SG.....tried to order a bunch of stuff last night but the DP stuff wasn't billing for sale price as shown:mad: Missed the 10% off+free shipping+freegift!

Darn! Well it did say it was ending on 7/5 at midnight. Does that mean 12:00:01 on 7/5 or 12:00:01 on 7/6?

and yes, it did seem to "mute" or soften the white a bit. I'll try the SG or UPP when the Souv. wears out....thanks for the advice:)
