2005 Ford Excursion ~ HDCUT ~ WGDGPS

Same owner as the Mustang GT I just posted. There were some scratches she wanted to get out. Mission Accomplished. There were some swirls, but overall, not bad.

I got lucky with the weather again. I didn’t’ start until 9:30am and went to sun down at 7PM.

Wash – Meguiars Hyperwash / Chemical Guys Chenille Microfiber Premium Wash Mitt / Supreme Guzzler Waffle Weave / Dry Me a River Towel / Werner Pro Deck Aluminum Work Platform /
Paint – Porter Cable 7424XP / LC Orange Flat & LC CSS Red / Nanoskin Medium Mitt / Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant 3.0
Trim – PEARL
Glass – ISP with Waffle Weave Glass Towel

It's the Diesel. She put 11k into the engine. I'm doing the interior another day...same with the Mustang.
 
That's is a monster of a truck very cool you must have deep pockets to fuel that very nice.
 
Excursion is basically a super duty with a non removable bed cover. It had the 7.3l diesel.

Later, Ford dropped the excursion for an expedition.
Currently, the 3.5l ecoboost in the new expedition can tow 9200 lbs with 4wd. The next update should use aluminum alloy body panels and drop a significant amount of weight from the vehicle. Going to be interesting to see how much it will lose in weight
