2005 Surburban wheels

Hi everyone I am new to the forum and have a passion for keeping my cars clean and have a problem! I have a 05 surburban with aluminum wheels and I sprayed them down with aluminum wheel cleaner from megs, well now they have like a dull almost powder look to them!! any input would help -Thanks

It sounds as if the cleaner may have been to strong, try waxing them or use a metal polish

If they are factory wheel then more than likely they have a clear on them but just to be sure here is an article on how to determine what kind if wheels you have
